Smorgasburg is an open-air food market in the United States, drawing crowds by the thousands to Brooklyn, Manhattan, Jersey City, Los Angeles, and Miami every weekend. July 2022 marked the expansion of Smorgasburg's influence beyond American borders to Toronto.
How We Did What We Did
This expansion into a new market was complemented with Bodega PR, where our team leveraged our media relations and influencer connections to bolster Smorgasburg's presence and impact in the Canadian culinary landscape. We created and activated weekly social media content as well as producing live, on-site content for their socials.
