Brief
Bodega PR was tasked by Orveon Beauty with providing influencers the ultimate wellness retreat, aimed at emphasizing the importance of wellness in the beauty industry.
How We Did It
In July, Bodega PR led Orveon Beauty’s takeover of Toronto’s Sweat & Tonic locations on behalf of Laura Mercier, Buxom, and bareMinerals, offering an exceptional wellness experience to Sweat & Tonic guests.
Bodega PR organized two exclusive Sweat & Tonic classes for 120 influencers, creating an immersive wellness experience. Ahead of the July event, Bodega PR coordinated a custom invite kit for all attendees. Collaborating with top wellness brands like Intelligent Change, Azur Fitness, and Dream Den, we curated the ultimate wellness tote, packed with essentials to help guests reset, recharge, and fully immerse themselves in the Orveon x Sweat & Tonic experience this summer.
By hand-selecting 120 creators to join us, we were able to express our appreciation to those who have organically shared Orveon over the years, curating a group of creators who align with and appreciate the message that beauty is for everyone.
Additionally, Orveon hosted six sponsored classes for Sweat & Tonic guests, an Orveon x Tonic House social to celebrate the experience and gave away gifts to 26 lucky winners who participated in the Orveon x Sweat & Tonic challenge throughout the month of the takeover.
Tactics
Led paid influencer partnerships to raise awareness of the collaboration within creators’ communities that align with our message of inclusivity in beauty.
